Sprouted buckwheat, Miso, Coconut sugar, Chia, Date syrup, Sunflower seeds, Sesame seeds. Almond flour.
Olive oil on top for browning :)
Preparing the bread takes between 2-3 days due to the fermentation process.
Keep the bread in a cool place for a day or two or slice it and put in the freezer for 1-2 months.
For perfect taste, toast it a bit before eating.
